Mr. Keletira brings over 10 years of contact center and operations management experience to Zero Variance. Nanjappa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rajasthan University and his Six Sigma Green belt certification. Nanjappa has a strong background managing Performance, Productivity and Service Quality for complex large scale European and North America brands worldwide, seamlessly integrating a variety of cultures. He has extensive experience with Recruiting & Training Strategies, Employee Development and Resource Management, as well as Campaign Analytics and WFM.
